Terms of Service

By booking with Horizon Watersports (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, in person, or by phone.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once your booking is confirmed, the price will not change.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your activity, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the booking, subject to availability.

4. Safety & Participation

All participants must follow the safety instructions given by our staff.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it would compromise the safety of the participant or others.
Participants must be in good health and free from conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity.
Life jackets and other safety gear must be worn where required.

5. Weather Conditions

Activities may be postponed or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.
If we cancel due to weather, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Liability

Participation in watersports activities carries inherent risks.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Horizon Watersports from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
