Return & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make your booking experience as flexible as possible.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity time stated in your booking confirmation.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Contact us via email or phone with your booking details.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking, or failure to attend your activity, will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

  • If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
