To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking, or failure to attend your activity, will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
