How to Book
Parasailing, banana and sofa tubes, the butterfly ride, wakeboarding, waterski and the glass boat all run on open hours. Reserving takes about 60 seconds, there's no deposit and no set time slot — come whenever suits you and pay cash or card at the venue within 7 days.
The private speed boat is booked differently. The boat is yours alone and we schedule it by the hour, so it needs a set date and start time, our confirmation, and a 25% deposit to hold the hours. How to book the speed boat →

The fastest option. Pick your activity, choose how many people, and you're confirmed straight away. You still pay at the venue.

2. WhatsApp — the way most guests book
Send us a message and we'll confirm your spot. Usually answered within minutes, 7 days a week.

Booking the private speed boat
The speed boat is exclusive to your group and runs on booked hours, so it's the one activity we schedule to a set date and time. We confirm every speed boat booking personally — that's how we make sure two groups are never promised the same hours.
- Message us with your preferred date, start time and duration (1, 2, 3, 4 or 8 hours).
- We check the boat's schedule and confirm the slot with you — usually within minutes.
- A 25% deposit holds the hours. Pay by card through a secure link we send you on WhatsApp, or in cash at the venue.
- The balance is due at the venue on the day of your trip.

What happens after you book
- We confirm your booking. For the open-hours activities that means you're free to arrive whenever suits you on the day. For the speed boat, it means the date and start time we agreed together.

Changing or cancelling
Cancel more than 24 hours before your activity and you get a full refund — speed boat deposits included. Inside 24 hours we can't refund, so message us as early as you can if your plans change.
If sea conditions aren't safe we don't go out. When that happens you're offered a free reschedule or a full refund, whatever the notice.
