We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make your booking experience as flexible as possible.

If You Chose "Pay on Arrival" at Checkout:

  • You can cancel anytime at no charge, since no payment is taken when you book.
  • We just ask that you let us know if your plans change so we can free up your slot for other guests.

If You Paid by Card at Checkout:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment currency. If your bank applies a currency conversion, the final amount you receive may vary slightly due to exchange rates.
  • Card payments cancelled less than 24 hours before your booking, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by Us (Weather & Safety):

  • For your safety, we may cancel or postpone activities due to weather, sea conditions, or other operational reasons.
  • If we cancel a card-paid booking, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule free of charge — regardless of the 24-hour window.

Force Majeure:

  • We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, port or beach closures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we'll always offer a free reschedule or a full refund for any card payments made.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your booking details.
  • We aim to respond within 24 hours. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
