Please read these short rules before you book — they help us keep the fun safe for everyone.
Before you book

Tell us about any medical conditions (heart issues, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery, severe asthma, back/neck problems).

Don’t drink alcohol or take recreational drugs before an activity.

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Check age limits on each activity.

Some rides have weight or passenger limits — see the activity details.
On the day / arrival

Arrive 15–30 minutes early to sign in and get your safety briefing.

Wear the life jacket and safety gear provided — always.

Secure or leave valuables on land (phones, watches, jewelry).

Follow crew instructions at all times. Crew decisions on safety are final.
Weather & cancellations

Activities may be changed, delayed, or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. We’ll offer an alternative time or refund if needed.
Short waiver (shown at checkout)
I confirm I am fit to participate, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and I will follow crew instructions. I accept the risks involved.
Activity highlights — What you need to know (one-liners)
Parasailing

Must be a competent swimmer. Pregnant guests and some medical conditions cannot participate. Max combined weight applies.
Banana / Butterfly / Couch / Sofa (Towables)

Life jackets required. Hold the handles at all times. Maximum passengers per ride — do not exceed.
Waterski / Wakeboard

Instructor in boat + spotter required. Brief practice on land before entering water.
Glass-Bottom Boat

Stay behind railings and follow crew directions. Great for non-swimmers and families.
Private Yacht

Capacity strictly enforced. Boarding time is 15–30 minutes before departure. Respect crew instructions.
Emergency & contact

All boats carry first aid. In urgent cases our crew will follow local emergency procedures.
